Rubberwood Kiln Dried S4S (Sanded Four Sides) Hit & Miss Planed
Primarily used to manufacture bun feet and legs for chairs. Rubberwood turns well and will accept a spirit or water based stain. Occasionally customers vacuum seal or paint this product. Cross section sizes in solid squares start at 2”x2”, 2.5”x2.5”, 3”x3”, 3.5”x3.5”, 4”x4”. Lengths are 18”, 24”, 30” and 42”.
Kiln dried laminated Rubberwood squares are constructed from solid squares bonded together.
The Laminated squares are also kiln dried and S4S Hit and Missed Planed. They are manufactured from four squares and eight squares for larger sizes. These squares are used for furniture production, industrial brushes and also for snooker and pool table legs. The cross section sizes start at 4.5×4.5”, 5×5”, 6×6”, 7×7”, an 8×8”. The seven and eight inch squares are made from eight pieces. Lengths are 12”, 18”, 24”, 30” and 44”
Kiln Dried and Air Dried Prime European Ash Squares and Dimension
A variety of sizes available in kiln dried and air dried squares and dowels. Cross section sizes are 1.25”, 1.75”, 2”, 2.5” and also 32mm, 35mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 52mm, 55mm and 63mm.
